Video Process

Our Process

This is the typical video production process:
-We usually attend rehearsals whenever possible and take pictures for use at the end of the video.
-We will arrive at least 2.5 or 3 hrs before the event to set up depending on number of cameras and set up involved.
-We will typically have 2-3 manned cameras and several unmanned ones placed around event as allowed.
-After the event, the video files will be loaded to a computer, where we will begin syncing and editing the camera angles.
-This editing process will depend on the event but can take 8-12 weeks to complete.
-Once edited, we will add the credits.
-We produce a DVD menu where you can play the event, or select the individual scenes.
-For Digital copies, your access will be linked to your provided email address for lifetime access on any device through mediazilla.
-If required, we make the copies and then either mail or deliver with final payment.
 
 -Any other special requests can be considered.
